1.Booking Policy

All bookings are subject to slot availability and successful payment.
Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Minimum booking durations depend on the selected service.
A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment has been successfully received.
Customers must provide accurate contact details when booking.

The booking starts at the selected start time, not the customer's arrival time.
Late arrivals will not extend the confirmed booking.
Additional hours are subject to availability and must be approved by the studio.
Charges for additional time will be calculated according to the applicable service rates.

The price displayed during booking applies to the selected service, duration, and applicable offers.
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking, unless otherwise specified.
The remaining balance must be paid as per the payment terms communicated by the studio.
Additional services, extra hours, editing, or special requirements may incur additional charges.
A mandatory cleaning fee of ₹500 per booking applies.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct service, duration, and setup before completing payment.
Studio Only: Studio space and lighting, subject to the selected package.
Single-Camera Shoot: One-camera setup with microphone, as specified in the package.
Dual-Camera Shoot: Two-camera setup, as specified in the package.
Podcast Shoot: Multi-camera podcast setup with microphones and lighting, as specified in the package.
Kitchen Studio: Access to the kitchen studio and its specified facilities.
Any equipment, backdrops, editing services, or other inclusions will be based on the selected package description displayed at the time of booking.

Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be communicated to the studio.
Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.
Refund eligibility and applicable cancellation charges will be governed by the cancellation policy displayed during booking.
A booking cannot be considered cancelled until the studio confirms the cancellation.
If the studio cancels a confirmed booking, the customer will be informed and offered an appropriate rescheduling or refund option.
Payment gateway charges, if applicable, will be handled according to the refund policy disclosed at checkout.

Customers must use all equipment responsibly and follow instructions from studio staff.
Equipment may not be moved, modified, or operated without permission where staff assistance is required.
Customers may be held responsible for damage caused by negligence, misuse, or unauthorised handling.
Any applicable repair or replacement charges must be supported by a reasonable assessment of the damage.

Editing is included only when expressly mentioned in the selected package.
The scope of editing, deliverables, and expected turnaround time will be communicated by the studio.
Additional edits or revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Raw footage and project files are not included unless explicitly agreed upon.
Customers are responsible for obtaining the necessary rights and permissions for content, music, images, and other materials they provide or use.

Customers must use the kitchen studio, furniture, props, and equipment responsibly.
Ingredients and consumables are included only if expressly mentioned in the package.
The studio must be left in a reasonably clean condition after use.
Excessive cleaning or damage beyond normal use may incur additional charges.

Information collected during booking will be used for booking management, payment processing, customer communication, and related studio operations.
Customer information will be handled in accordance with the studio's privacy policy and applicable law.
Customers should not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information through the booking form.

The studio will make reasonable efforts to provide the facilities included in the confirmed package.
If a technical issue or circumstance beyond the studio's reasonable control materially affects a booking, the studio will communicate with the customer regarding an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.

By checking the acceptance box and proceeding with a booking, the customer confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable cancellation, refund, and privacy policies.
